Most law firms have challenges with their existing Case and Practice Management systems.
Their people are not happy with the system in place, and they are frustrated daily when having to engage with this system… all they want to do is service clients, record time and progress the matter.
Firms want their people happy and efficient. They also want to deliver a return from the large investment of time and money already made in their systems, which hasn’t been realised!
This is common and lots of firms go round and round in circles with failed IT projects, trying to resolve this issue, but it doesn’t have to be this way.
The way to address this problem appears to be by looking at what the current system can do, which you are not using (We don’t know what we don’t know), but the reality is what firms need, to make this change happen, is a SUCCESSFUL IT PROJECT.
A successful IT Project which is ran by someone with the skills, knowledge and experience required to make the project a success.
I know this because, this is what I do for a living. Working purely with Law Firms to help them deliver successful IT Projects.

I would love to hear what progress you want to make as a firm and provide some options on how I could help define a plan and then make it happen.
